Had brilliant customer service from this place. Had some issues with the first chair (not the fault of The Stripes Company) and they responded super speedily and offered to rectify the situation at no further cost. Would definitely recommend and will be keen to go to them again for future purchases.

Dreadful quality for the price, don't waste your money! Stitching on picnic bag and rug dreadful, fades really quickly, after sales hopeless, so overall for £70 quid it's a rip off, wish i'd just bought a cheap one from Sainsburys.

Excellent quality and choice of stripe designs and colours; service was the fastest and best ever! - on Monday I posted them (1st class) my old deckchair sling as a template; the next day, Tuesday, I received an email to say my order for 2 new slings had been completed and dispatched, and I received the 2 new slings, beautifully made and perfect fit, on Wednesday. Brilliant!
