Bought a Cavapoo pup, beautiful little pup. Got home to find he was riddled with fleas. I took him to the vets to get some fleas treatment for him to then find out he has a heart murmur! We were told the pup had already been vet checked, if he had been checked, why wasn’t this picked up. Apparently he’d had flea and worming treatment too but I don’t believe he had as that night we got him home, I found 15 fleas on the little guy. No doubt all the other puppies that were in with him and in the cage next to him will be full of fleas too.

So Becky came to the house to do Ai. We booked in for 2 days later for a second Ai for 9.30am as becky had a full schedule that day. Guy travelled 2 plus hrs to get here to use our boy for the second time. And becky was a no show! We tried calling, leaving messaged nothing was picked up. Guy had to travel another 15 mins to the shop to find becky was not there. Luckily another woman stepped in to do the Ai. Total lack of interest in the client and the journey he had made with his female. I will personally not be using again. She even asked the guy to remind her the night before. Which he did with no reply. I mean does this buisness not have a diary?!! Very disappointing!

Highly recommend the grooming for your fur babies. Our Pickle has been twice now and the first cut was great but this second time we are so pleased. Pickle looks gorgeous 😍

I cannot recommend this clinic enough they truly go above and beyond with both grooming and the fertility these girls put their heart soul and dedication into the work that they do I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else iv taken her there since day one and will never stop or take her anywhere else. A massive massive thankyou to both becky and jody ur both amazing and we are truly thankful for everything you have done for dolly!

Brought my frenchie for a groom today and her nails cut thank you so so much for the treatment you give my girl she is smelling fresh as a daisies I Recommend these ladys to anyone for a groom there perfect with my pooch and everyone else I have seen the amount of times I have been good work lady's keep up the good work definitely 10 stars 🌟

I wanted to support a local business, so booked an appointment to have my dogs nails cut. However, the lady cut one too short and it bleed for over an hour. When i went back she referred to my dog had as being naughty!! Also whilst I was there I saw a litter of very young puppies laying in a box, with no warmth. They were just lying on the plastic. Very concerning. I am going to stick to my usual Dog Groomers in the future.

So caring and reassuring, been a few times and always feel more confident after I leave, definitely recommend for anyone whos looking for a vet . The staff have time to answer any questions etc.
